Cecelia Keenan is a senior human resource management professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the human resources field in a variety of industries. She has provided human resource consulting services to various organizations over the past eight years. Her experience includes the development and redesign of the human resource function within the retail, insurance and real estate industries in regional, multi-location and corporate settings. She possesses project management skills that allow her to see both the big picture and the technical steps necessary to make it happen. She has an ability to excite and empower a team to achieve the desired end result. Experience in employee and labor relations provides a unique capacity to identify and present useful solutions to employee relations’ issues.

Cecelia was among the first to support and encourage human resource professionals to seek accreditation and maintains her SPHR from the Society for Human Resource Management. She has served as President of the Twin Cities Personnel Association (now TCHRA) and the International Association of Personnel Women (now known as HRP).
