Kevin Lanigan concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and business law. Kevin is a member of the Probate & Trust Law and Elder Law sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Kevin has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of estate planning, including:

• Preparation of both will and trust based plans,
• Estate tax planning,
• Probate matters and trust administration,
• Elder law matters,
• Business succession planning.

Kevin’s business and corporation experience includes, counseling clients regarding organizational issues for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, buy-sell agreements, contract negotiations, and business transactions.
